Lutheran World Relief Quilts & Kits

Trinity supports the Quilts and Kits of Care ministry of Lutheran World Relief.  Each year, we assemble, bless, and send dozens of quilts, school supply kits, baby care kits, and personal care kits to Lutheran World Relief.  LWR sends them where they are needed in developing countries all over the world where such basic items are in short supply.  There are many ways to participate in this ministry: donating fabric, batting, and kit supplies; piecing quilts; tying quilts; and assembling kits.

Christmas adopt-a-family

Trinity “adopts” a family each year at Christmas, providing gifts, food, and financial support to a family in need in our community.  Members participate by donating gifts and/or money, which are delivered to the family before Christmas.

Feed Brookville

Feed Brookville provides a hot meal for the community each Saturday noon at [location].  Trinity members regularly take a turn at preparing and serving the meals.

Handivan provides free transportation for the elderly and disabled in the Brookville community.  Trinity members were instrumental in starting Brookville’s Handivan ministry and still contribute many hours of driving and other volunteer service.    To volunteer or schedule a ride (a week’s notice is required), or for more information, contact:
